You understand and agree with our ensuring terms and conditions. References to “our”, we and us in these terms and conditions shall refer to Mountain Brothers Treks lastly these terms conditions apply to bookings you make with us either by in-person meeting telephone or through e-mail as well as online booking which are available on our official website.
We recommend reading the following terms and conditions carefully before proceeding onward with your booking procedures.
Booking
Booking can primarily be done by our clients only for the trip packages which are mentioned in our official website andy form of pre-booking which are made for our offered trip packages will nor be confirmation letter has been sent to the respective client who had previously made the booking by us in order to receive our confirmation letter. Clients are required to fill up the booking form properly with the necessary information such as name address email id arrival and departure dates etc.
Along with the filled up booking form we additionally require the 35% advance payment of the total cost for a particular trip package only after receiving these two will we issue a confirmation letter to the client via email. You agree that you have read and understood our booking terms and conditions which are listed on this page if the client is making a booking on the behalf of another person then that person shall also agree to blind without terms and conditions.
Payment methods
It is obligatory for the client to dispense 20% of the total charge at the time of booking. The advance amount will be used for is necessary for booking flight ticket hotel booking potter and other activities and recurring approval from Government authorities 30% of the total charge should be deposited before one month of the come to Nepal the remaining 50% of the total charge should be paid up after your arrival to Nepal before the start your trip.

Cancellation Policy
According to our cancellation policy if any client wishes to cancel their booked trip then a calculated estimated cancellation fee will be charged and levied to the client who had previously booked the trip should the client themselves make a cancellation for the trip a notice regarding the reasons for doing so must be provided to us. After receiving the notice Mountain Brothers Treks shall charge the cancellation fee by the following statute
- cancellation within 30 days 35% of the paid amount will be reserved
- cancellation between 30-15 days 50% of the paid amount will be reserved
- cancellation between 15-7 days 75% of the paid amount will be reserved
- cancellation 7 days or less before departure no refund.
Travel insurance
Adequate and valid travel insurance is compulsory for all Mountain Brothers Treks travelers. Your travel insurance must cover high altitude sickness, accidents, injury, and death medical expenses, including any pre-existing medical conditions emergency repatriation (including helicopter rescue and air ambulance where applicable) and personal liability.
Mountain Brothers Treks also recommends that your insurance shall cover cancellation curtailment and loss of luggage and personal belonging. You must carry proof of insurance with you and produce it if requested by Mountain Brothers Treks employees.
Mountain Brothers Treks reserves the right to cancel or suspend your participation of a trip or at any time including after the commencement of tour with No right of refund if you are unable to provide proof of insurance when requested.
Itinerary Alteration and Flight delays
Do keep in mind that the itinerary is subject to change as per our terms and conditions. Hence, the company retains the right to alter the previously planned itinerary if some unprecedented situations arise. It can be either during the trip or even before the commencement of the trip, either way, if the company sees if viable then it can make some quick changes and alternations in order to keep the trip going many things such as different climatic weather conditions. Natural disasters, political instability or riots, etc. can become the reasons for changing the scheduled trip itinerary.
Likewise in case of flight delay due to some unplanned reasons then the company shall bear the client’s cost o accommodation and food if the flight delay or flight cancellation happened before the beginning of the trip. Hence if the flight gets canceled after the end of your trip and returning back from the trip destination, then, in that case, the client will solely be responsible to pay for their accommodation ad food cost.
Visa and Passport
It is your responsibility that you carry a valid passport and have rightly obtained the appropriate visa when traveling with Mountain Brothers Trek please ensure that your passport is valid for 6 months from Nepal visa validity date.
