Trek to Nar Phu and kangla pass is a restricted area of Nepal located in the Manang district which is rich in natural and cultural beauty. This valley is wild and unexplored, located north of Annapurna Mountain, and opened to trekkers around the world in 2003. Since then, it has been welcoming trekking enthusiasts from all over the world. This trek offers old traditional Tibetan culture and stunning landscapes as well as an ancient Buddhist monastery. They followed the traditional lifestyle with their system, rituals, and customs which is different from the lifestyle of modern people.

Trek to Nar Phu and kangla pass trek is a little challenging and adventure for new trekkers and it follows a dense forest and mostly narrow and unmarked trail. The Nar Phu Valley and Kangla pass at an altitude of [5320] trek offers the breathtaking and panoramic view of Mt. Manaslu [8163m] Mt. Annapurna 1 [8091m] and Mt. Dhaulagiri [8167m] along with other snow-covered mountains. This trek is less crowded than other treks as well as tranquility, untouched landscape and interaction with friendly local people make this trek memorable.

  13. Day-13. Yak kharka to thorang phedi an altitude of 4560m. 3 to 4 hours.
  14. Day-14. Thorang phedi to thorang la pass 5416m down to Mukthinath an altitude of 3800m. 8 to 9 hours.
  15. Day-15. Mukthinath to Jomsom an altitude of 2710m. 5 to 6 hours.
  16. Day-16. Drive Jomsom to Pokhara an altitude of 850m. 8 to 9 hours
  17. Day-17. Drive Pokhara to Kathmandu an altitude of 1400m. 7 to 8 hours
  18. Day-18. Depature day back to sweet home
