Having to cross three passes you do not need any technical climbing requirement anyone can do it. If you have good and healthy acclimatization conditions and previous trekking experience can complete the trek successfully

Itinerary

Day 1:Arrival international airport in Kathmandu and transfer to the hotel. An altitude of 1400m.

Day 2:sightseeing in Kathmandu valley. An altitude of 1400m.

Day 3:Flight Kathmandu to Lukla airport at an altitude of 2860m and trek to Phakding at an altitude of 2804m for 3 to 4 hours.

Day 4:Phakding to Namche Bazaar at an altitude of 3445m in 6 to 7 hours.

Day 5:acclimatization Day hike to Everest viewpoint in Namche Bazaar. 5 to 6 hours.

Day 06: Namche to Thame at an altitude of 3800m 5 to 6 hours.

Day 07: Thame to Lungdeng at an altitude (4600m)

Day 08: lungden to Gokyo at an altitude of 4760m. Via Renjo passes at an altitude of 5450m.

Day 09: Gokyo Peak an altitude of 5,560m you can see an entire mountain range. Return to Gokyo, and stay overnight at the lodge.

Day 10: Gokyo to thangnak at an altitude of 4 to 5 hours.

Day 11: thangnak to Chola Pass 5320m incredible scenery view of mountains. Today the path is narrow and tiny ascending to the top of Cho La. And descend to Zhongla an altitude of 7 to 8 hours.

Day 12: zhongla to Lobuche at an altitude 4930m. 4 hours

Day 13: labuche to Gorakshep an altitude 5130. 3 hours, visit Everest base camp the same day, and return to Gorakshep,

Day 14: Explore Kalapattar an altitude of 5,545m. for the most stunning view of Everest, climb up in the morning before trekking back to Lobuche 4930m. 5 to 6 hours.

Day 15: labuche to Kongma-La pass at an altitude of 5535m for 7 to 8 hours. Overnight at Dingboche Lodge.

Day 16: Dingboche to Tyangboche an altitude of 3860m in 6 hours.

Day 17: Tengboche to monjo

an altitude of 2830m. 6 to7 hours

Day 18: Monjo to Lukla at an altitude of 2860m in 6 hours.

Day 19: Day 19: Flight back to Kathmandu at an altitude of 1400m.

Day 20: Departure back home…
