Tilicho Lake and Mesokhando Pass are perfect for people who dare to cross the passes because are a bit challenging. the main difficult part is the Mesokhando Pass which is situated between Manang and Mustang districts. The Mesokhando trek is demanding and more challenging but you will have from each pass a dazzling and wonderful view of Tilicho lake, peaks, and river valleys. Having to cross Tilico Lake and Mesokhando passes we need to use the tent for 2 nights. If you have good health for acclimatization condition and previous trekking experience can complete the trek successfully

 

Itinerary

  1. Day -1. Arrive at Kathmandu international airport. Transfer to hotel. An altitude of 1400m.
  2. Day -2. Sightseeing in Kathmandu valley-an altitude of 1400m.
  3. Day-3. Drive Kathmandu to Jagat an altitude of 1300m. 8 to 9 hours.
  4. Day -4. Jagat to Dharapani an altitude of 1860m. 6 to 7 hours.
  5. Day-5. Dharapani to Chame an altitude of 2600m.6 to 7 hours.
  6. Day-6. Chame to Pisang an altitude of 3300m. 5 to 6 hours.
  7. Day-7.pisang to Manang an altitude of 3540m. 6 to 7 hours.
  8. Day-8. rest day at Manang
  9. Day-9. Manang to Tilicho base camp an altitude of  4130m. 6 to 7 hours
  10. day-10. Tilicho base camp to Tilicho lake an altitude of 4990m. 4 to 5 hours. over night in tent
  11. Day-11.Tilicho lake to cross Mesokhando pass 5099m. and down to yak kharka an altitude of 4430m. 7 to 8 hours. over night in tent.
  12. Day-12.Yak kharka to jomsom an altitude of 2700m. 5 to 6 hours.
  13. day-13. Drive Jomsom to Pokhara an altitude of 830m. 7 to 8 hours.
  14. day-14. Drive pokhara to kathmandu an altitude of  1400m. 7 to 8 hours.
  15. day-15. depature day.
